Next find the job you want to copy this parameter to and highlight it. Right click to display popup menu. Select Paste Parameters.
A progress bar will let you know it is updating a job.
Next you will see a message box with the number of jobs read and updated.
Copy Multiple Parameters can only be done when you create a parameter set. Then and only then can a group of parameters be copied to a job. Highlight the Parameter Set name. Select Copy Parameters like below.
