Creating Project Definitions

Project Definitions are just a list of the DataStage projects you need to extract or update from. You can input Project Definitions by clicking on the icon below or under the Edit Menu or by right clicking on the Jobs subject area,  



The Project Definitions form will appear like below. Projects are group into three categories DEV,TEST or PROD. This PROJECT_TYPE field must match the Data Set when you apply a data set otherwise you will get an error message.
